It helps a lot, I think it's healthy if everyone goes to one once in a while for a reality check :)

i went briefly last year but tbh this is worse and i've been putting it off because i can't shake the feeling that taking time out is going to sabotage my schooling (i guess that kinda comes with being raised right from the beginning to prioritise academia above everything else?)
