wait why is edmund's crown the cheapest? because isn't the design fairly similar to peter's crown? is gold more expensive? then why isn't susan's the most expensive because the design for her crown seems ways more intricate and difficult to replicate? i know nothing about props btw x
so this is just me going off what ive seen and a couple conversations but to my knowledge, edmund's is the simplest (the design isn't very difficult and did not require much upgrading from what it previously was, it doesn't have any additional gems or flowers that need to be made and affixed, etx) and it's just silver plated, not silver and then gold like Peter's and susan's. (don't ask me why it has to be that way, or why he's decided it has to be Real Gold and shit. maybe there's a reason. i don't know it.) the gold does cost more, and Peter's i guess has more sculpting and stuff involved? having seen it there are a LOT more details on it if nothing else. and i would assume it needs more of the materials for the plating due to being larger. susan's, based on what he's said, is the most complex of all the crowns. idr know why Peter's still ended up 100 euros more expensive, but honestly...well. they were all already extremely expensive for me (and most people im sure) during preorders, so now it's a whole other level. i can't claim to know fair pricing for these types of things but i can say it's definitely not anything i can afford anymore.
