i cannot stop sketching these two
i firmly believe that gaara and sakura would've been great friends if they got to interact much in canon later on. the most textbook example of adult friendship, like they exchange letters a few times per month and see each other at diplomatic meetings & the chunin exams whenever one of their villages host. they talk about everything and nothing and what naruto's up to. he's awake at 4 am as usual and she stumbles out of the hospital after a 19 hour shift and they get takeout together, eating in comfortable silence. they're both such important figures who so many people depend on yet around each other they can just relax and be People instead of working machines. can you tell i love them
why is naruto so weak in these episodes tho
