Hatake Kakashi – facial headcanon
I’ve always imagined Kakashi’s teeth as noticeably crooked. In my headcanon, Kakashi’s mother was from the Inuzuka clan. Being only half Inuzuka, his jaw never fully adapted to the size of his inherited canines. Even as an adult, his jaw is simply not wide enough to accommodate them. His incisors sit forward, the smaller teeth are pushed back, and the canines remain oversized and prominent. Even with his lips closed, the tips of his canines still show. As a child, it was far worse. Before his jaw had grown at all, the crowding was severe and impossible to hide. That’s why Kakashi began wearing a mask early. He was ashamed.
"Gambit never folds!" Yeah RIGHT
I HATE BEING SICK THIS SUCKS
life really is just like. you meet people you love them and then you lose them and you never see them again. and it's inevitable and it happens to everyone and there's nothing you can do about it
richard siken quote. you know the one
Where's it made? Who brought it here? How much were they paid? Who makes it? Is it made in separate parts and put together? How much were they all paid to do this? Where do they get the materials? Who paid for that? Who brings it there? How much were they paid? Who streamlined the base materials? How much were they paid? Who gathered the base materials? Where? How much were they paid? Is it good for them? Is it good for us? Is it good for the land? Is it necessary? Is it biodegradable? How much does it hurt? Do I need it? Do I even want it?
Was trying to find a specific tweet but this search term is suggesting a reactionary Doug Walker
Hellooooo I am the nostalgia fascist, I selectively remember and misconstrue it so you 🫵 can be angry at something
this is the tweet you were looking for by the way
maybe i live in a bubble but like how are you in 2025 shamelessly admitting to shopping on shein. are you fucking for real. Are you not horrifically embarrassed?
no one cares??? my rich friend even shops at shein they have cute stuff
I care and I WILL make fun of you publicly for giving your money to a company that is so horrifically unethical to its employees that produces garments that are essentially single use plastic bags that are actively choking out our planet. but no, sorry. they have cute stuff. and i need my microtrend of the week cute stuff right noww for five dollars and i refuse to go acquire a personality or a moral compass elsewhere.
I think it would be fun to go full out with “1001 Arabian Nights” orientalized fictional New York setting. It’s somehow always the 20s, and 80s and also contemporary. There’s depression era gangsters and Wall Street finance bros. Spider-man or the Teen Aged Mutant Ninja Turtles might show up. The Mayor is never named but is a constantly felt presence. Sometimes the World Trade Centres are there, sometimes they’re not.

(tw 2000s era misogyny and blurry ass jpeg)
So there I am, minding my own business, looking up the difference between Gold/Silver and the remakes when pow, I'm slapped with a super distinct flavor of misogyny I totally forgot about!
This is a cultural artifact. This was the writing style of about 25% of internet articles in the 2000s. Overtly dismissive of women and gays in a tongue-in-cheek-but-not-really way. An obsession with the manliness of inanimate objects. The heavy use of fuck to cover up that they don't actually have a lot to say about the traits they like. 5/7 of the insults are "what are you, a woman?" rephrased. The careful misspelling of faggot, likely because the writer was either too anxious about crossing that line or realized far too late that they'd spent an hour critiquing a man's outfit, a man's socks, and got self-conscious. My god. It even mentions the Jonas Brothers.
no nuance...
yes, I use generative AI as part of my creative process
no, I don't use generative AI as part of my creative process
I should probably define what falls under the umbrella of generative AI here but I kinda don't feel like it, but like. using an image generator to make references. brainstorming by talking with chatgpt. generating images of characters as inspiration. all that kinda jazz counts. as of course does full-on using genAI to make your stuff.
remember that your vote is anonymous, so you don't have to out yourself on one side or the other when you share. I'm just curious what the spread is actually like when there's some anonymity. if you're wondering my own opinion it's in my original tags, but I'm attempting not to be judgemental in this accompanying text.
just remember that if y'all want to see how bad the genAI users get ratioed, you need to reblog it...
