Naruto 699 jump release will be scheduled today but we do not currently have an exact time for naruto manga 699 arrival. Sasuke should have a Rinnegan still since that's not something that came from Hagoromo's chakra. It came when Sasuke's Indra chakra mixed with Hashirama's Ashura chakra, which he should still have. Just like Naruto would still have his different elements and Bujougoma because those didn't come from Hagoromo, they came from all the bijuu. I totally missed that Sasuke's Sharingan disappeared at the exact moment before Naruto connected with that punch. So it really did almost end up like Madara vs. Hashirama (Hashirama tricking Madara with a clone while his Sharingan was missing). Cept Naruto didn't use a clone. He did however, have the speed to counter during the split second where Sasuke couldn't predict the blow. Though that doesn't make any sense considering he had enough chakra for both a Chidori and a Kagutsuchi... but not enough to keep his Sharingan active. Dammit Kishi, lmao. He really doesn't care. This fight was way too short and rather unsatisfying battle wise. The ending however is one that is satisfactory. I'm not sure what them losing their dominant hands means, with them having those seals in their hands and all. What Ninjabot said actually makes sense, they should still have their respective abilities - Rinnengan and Rikudou mode (with the Truth seekers) but Im not sure what other abilities they have. Also, I wonder what will happen to the rest of the Bijuu, will Naruto have them all sealed within him or let them be free (I think it would be illogical to let them free, its not like people aren't going to try and seal them again). Hopefully Naruto has all Bijuu inside him and Sasuke keeps his Rinnengan (which we know he does anyway). It's a lose-lose situation for her character. No one wants to see her crash this lovely conversation, but at the same time her just slacking off makes her lose even more points of respect, if she had any. Sakura-chan, shannaro!!
