AU where Kakashi can't take the life of a ninja anymore after Rin's death so he abandons the village under the guise of Sukea. He faked his death so he wouldn't have the guilt, or be documented/accused, of being a rouge ninja, especially since, in a way, he is dead when taking up the identity of Sukea. He permanently dyes his hair, he didn't yet wear the facial markings until he was at least 18-20 years old, before then he wore his bangs over his right eye. He reluctantly gave up his mask of course. It was a hard decision, but it was for the best in the long run.

He travels around for a good while, wondering what he should do with his new life. He already had a contract with his ninkin so he was alone per say; he just never summoned them often unless he was in a bind or wanted company. He picked up photography when he was 16 and from there on he was a freelance photographer. He never went back to Konoha.

...Not until he(Sukea) was specifically requested to take the hokage's, Lady Tsunade, portrait.
