Now, it is time.

Time... To reveal what led to my long hiatus from May to now, the middle of September.

Truth is...

I was commissioned to do mugshots, designs and some spritework for a fan adventure project!

It’s called Nascency, and it’s just debuted!

A number of people approached me, interested in knowing if I did Homestuck-style commissions. To be honest, I hadn’t even thought about that being a thing, but hey! I’m flattered people liked my dumb self-insert sprites enough to open that possibility for me!

(I don’t have a fancy infographic to show yet, but yes, I’m opening Homestuck-style overworld + talksprite commissions! Hit me on my main blog, fiblertSOS, and we can sort stuff out!)

But anyway, that’s not the subject of this post. That comes later!

A person called Penumbra was among these people who approached me to know if I did that. I said i did’t, but we could work it out! And so, we agreed on me doing a set of talksprites for one of their characters. And so I did.

What I didn’t expect, though, was Penumbra coming back, asking if I could do the talksprites for an entire fansession. Man, I’m still surprised even now!

Understandably, I shifted my focus from blogging a little bit while I worked.

I’d like to say that Im very, very grateful to have been offered this opportunity, and I hope you all enjoy my work in this fan adventure!

I’m still not nearly done with the project, so you’ll see a lot more from me there!
