Totally baseless headcanon:
Nat-chan from the Digimon Adventure 02 “The Door Into Summer” drama CD is a Rhythm. As in this girl, from the Digimon Savers movie:
Who should really be called Rhythmmon, right? And the beastly thing that Nat-chan evolves into could be Algomon. The Savers movie portrays Rhythm and Algomon as separate but related entities (Algo + Rhythm = algorithm), rather than one evolving into the other. But it totally makes sense that they would be in the same evolutionary line. Nat-chan and Rhythm are also the only two digimon who pass so perfectly for humans. And since they both only appear in their own isolated stories, it’s doubtful any future material will crush the theory.
