i hate people who dont like stuff. a couple days ago i got enraged by a tiktok that talked about people's "special disinterests" and half the comments were saying "ohhh my friend group is obsessed with this thing but i hate it and i'll never participate" or "my husband loves this thing but i cant stand it and i just cover my ears"
i cannot imagine being a person who cannot listen to someone i love talk about what they love. i want to know why you like football. explain it to me. tell me about that anime. expound on that. i don't care if i've never seen it or don't understand it, it's you! you like it! so there's a good reason you do.
such a foreign concept to me that you could ever hate a genre or ignore a piece of media to the point of hatred. i love that people like stuff and i always want to know about it.
