The printouts from Nate's campaign manager were stacked up on Celine's desk. While the election wasn't right around the corner, they were starting to think about his plan for the upcoming election. Since his term only lasted three years, Celine hadn't been here when Nate last campaigned or had run. This was all new to her, and part of her was excited to see how the process went. Of course he would win, the town loved him. As he strolled through the door from his last meeting, Celine looked up at her boss and smiled. "So, I never got to ask you before you went the councilman meeting, but what did you end up doing with Lenny yesterday? I saw the way you ran out of here." Celine teased with a friendly wink. "You looked as eager as you probably did on your first date." She may tease, but it was admirable. It was what love should be. Something she probably would never experience.
