TINALOMBONG TANGLAD SA MANOK
this dish is from the Ata-Paquibato tribe residing at Paquibato District in the highlands of Davao Region. Tinalombong means "cooking inside the bamboo tree" which most indigenous people do to cook their food since they don't have a cauldron in the mountains. cooking the dish on the native way will take hours but since we have a cauldron and a gas stove it's now easier to do.
