during the events of Dead Patient Satoshi gets a bunch of LINE updates from Yuka and Naomi (Yuka talks about her cooking, i guess Yuka cooking is a thing now)

Naomi is the one who messages him directly asking if he’s alright

Naomi appears to be with Yuka eating dinner with her while Satoshi is visiting their mom in the hospital

it’s not very clear who was messaging Satoshi directly but everything before this is Yuka basically tweeting her cooking, so I’m p sure this is Naomi messaging him directly, and she calls Mrs. Mochida “Mom”

Satoshi being all worried for Naomi even though she’s not even there

my personal conclusion from that:
