Okay, so we all know how Inosuke says he's the "King of the Mountains", acts like he's the best out of everybody, puts himself on top of everything, etc? I had this thought while watching the Mugen Train movie yesterday, and what if this attitude is connected to Douma?

When Inosuke was a baby with his mother at the Paradise Cult, they weren't aware that Douma ate his followers. Inosuke finds out that his mother was eaten by Douma during the Final Battle Arc, but Inosuke only has a recollection of his mother if my memory serves. What if the behavior that Douma had got passed onto Inosuke?

Yes, I am aware that they are not blood related, but Inosuke spent time around Douma and therefore could have picked up some of his attitude. Douma acts like he can talk to the gods and his followers believe that. They see him as an all-mighty savior, and so that's what he acts like. Inosuke acts like he is the King, the strongest person of them all, like he is on top, and so on.

Inosuke uses phrases lime "I am Lord Inosuke, King of the Mountains" and Douma uses "The ruler of the paradise cult" Are you seeing the connection here?

DOUMA'S ATTITUDE OF BEING A RULER AND LEADER OF SOMETHING MAY HAVE FUELED INOSUKE'S ATTITUDE OF BEING THE BEST, HIGH AND MIGHTY LORD AND KING!

it's up until this scene that they start to get serious, mainly forgetting about their titles in the first place.

Conclusion : Inosuke may act the way he does because of being around douma when he was younger, Douma was the "male figure" in his life at the time and Inosuke may have looked up to him.

WHY I AM THE IRL INOSUKE HASHIBIRA.

Reason 1.

Ultimately I am a pretty chaotic person. I try not to show it on purpose but I do care for my friends and when they're most likely going to get in trouble I indirectly send the message that I'm worried.

Reason 2.

When I'm hungry I'm HUNGRY. I WILL steal anybody's food and I WILL scarf it down. (did I spell scarf right)

Reason 3.

I love the outdoors! Some of my family doesn't and I kind of have to drag them outside to join me. I also like exploring and finding new things, even if someone else finds it first I tell them that I found it.

Reason 4.

I'm his age!! (kinda age reveal ig) I've also dyed my hair an unnatural color, except mine was red not blue.

Reason 5.

I claim myself as the leader of everything (in which I'm almost all of the time the leader of things), the best -not in a braggy way tho-, and I enjoy head butting / playfully hitting my friends and family, most of the time for no reason.

Reason 6.

I'm almost his height! I'm also pretty in shape and CANNOT stay still. As I've been writing this I have been fiddling in my seat and adjusting my sitting position.

Reason 7.

I. Cannot. Focus. For. The. Life. Of. Me. If Im not interested in something I zone out really quickly. I'm also really loud and yell a lot, have a short temper and bite.

Reason 8.

I just am Inosuke.
