Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #142 – Gang’s All Here
Not Another Teen Wolf hosts Karen and Natalie break down the Teen Wolf season 6B trailer and get emotional about the show ending.
Featured Song: “The Final Countdown” by Europe
-Karen and Natalie are back after a long hiatus — sorry about that!
-The Teen Wolf season 6B trailer just dropped, so you know we’re gonna break it down.
-Next week is SDCC 2017, where Teen Wolf will have its actual final appearance.
-We’re seriously stressing out about all of this.
-But this trailer looks amazing.
-Is the burned down house in the beginning supposed to be a flashback?
-Where is Chris at the beginning of this trailer and who wrote the message in blood?
-Lydia’s nightmare looks terrifying.
-This season is going to focus a lot on the fallout from the first half.
-But, guys. This creature is so disgusting.
-What is it? Where is it from? WHY DOES IT EXIST?
-P.S. There’s gonna be a new Hellhound.
-Everyone is afraid of the pack and we’re sad.
-Natalie and Karen disagree on whether or not Gerard Argent is going to be a bad guy.
-If Gerard Argent dies, who’s going to be the one to kill him?
-We were genuinely shocked by Stiles and Derek in the trailer.
-Nat explains how she wants his return to be played.
-Is Theo a good guy now?
-Liam’s hair is so long.
-Peter is still around.
-Ethan and Jackson might be our new OTP.
-We don’t want to know everyone who’s coming back!
-Stiles is totally not an FBI agent yet.
-Kate is back. This can’t be good.
-Why are Scott and Malia in the shower together?
-Is Lydia really dead?
-WE FEEL THE NOSTALGIA.
-We kind of freak out about SDCC.
–Teen Wolf returns on Sunday, July 30 at 8:00 p.m. ET.

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #143 - Back to Basics
We spoke with Jeff Davis about the second half of Teen Wolf season 6. What did we learn and what can we assume from his answers?
Featured Song: “Couldn’t Believe” by Broods
-The first half of the episode doesn’t sound the greatest — sorry, guys!
-We’re going to be talking about a couple of possibly major spoilers that have been leaked.
-But FYI, this information did NOT come from us. And it’s still speculation.
-When did this interview take place? (P.S. You can read it here.)
-In case you’ve ever wondered how an interview like this works, we break it down.
-Natalie immediately starts making fun of Karen.
-But she has a little more chill than you’d think. Just a little.
-What can we expect from season 6B after that winter finale?
-Can we expect a witch hunt next season?
-But why wouldn’t the people of Beacon Hills stick up for Scott and his pack?
-This fits extremely well given the current political climate.
-This is definitely a trend we’re seeing in television right now.
-We’re going back to Scott’s character.
-What can we expect from a Lovecraftian tone?
-Who can we expect back on set?
-Which minor characters would we like to see again?
-How does Jeff feel about MeChrissa?
-Now that Stydia is happening, where does that leave Malia?
-And how will her relationship with her father progress?
-Can Peter just be a good guy already?
-Is Theo always going to walk down a dark path?
-Will Theo be back for 6B?
-Karen still likes Corey and Natalie still does not.
-Can Scott ever truly leave Beacon Hills?
-It’s a relief that Scott and the seniors will still be heavily involved in the final season.
-How did they choose the flashbacks in this season?
-We love the way Teen Wolf uses budgetary constraints to be more creative with their shots.
-Let us know what you think about the interview and the direction of season 6B!

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #142 – Weird Horse Comedy
This week’s episode of Teen Wolf, “Riders on the Storm,” marks the beginning of the end. We are officially halfway through the final season.
Featured Song: “When the Lights Go Down” by Journey
-We love the way Stiles returned to the show.
-And the way everyone accepted him back into the action.
-Natalie is a bit confused about how the merging of the worlds works.
-Stiles is always a thousand steps ahead of everyone else.
-#Starrish is born.
-We need moar science.
-Theo is in love with Liam.
-God belss weird horse comedy.
-Malia does care about her father, even if she wants to punch him in the face.
-If they hadn’t stopped the merge, would they have condemned another town?
-But the Ghost Riders aren’t gone-gone, right?
-Can’t anything ever be easy?
-Did this episode have a direct callback to the “Weaponized” locker room scene?
-The kiss between Stiles and Lydia was so mature.
-Meanwhile back at the train station…
-The Good, the Bad, and the Handsome.
-MECHRISSA.
-What’s Scott gonna say about it?
-Claudia is back and uglier than ever.
-Scott’s got himself a pack, bitches.
-Theo totally wishes he was in the pack.
-Malia is glad he’s not.
-Peter just wants to punch Nazis.
-Why do some people remember the Ghost Riders and some don’t?
-Corey is a hero!
-Was Douglas ever really controlling the Ghost Riders?
-Beacon Hills has once again been saved — but what about the rest of the world?
-Last. Day. Ever.
-Have they turned the lights down on Stiles forever?
-You can literally hear Karen’s heart breaking.
-Editor’s note on our graduation speculation: They’re in the same outfits as earlier, so it doesn’t look like graduation has happened yet. (More speculation.)
-Is Stiles on his way to D.C. this early?
-Does this mean we’re getting a Summer of Happiness season?
-Mason: Too smart for his own good.
-Can Liam actually be, like, and interim Alpha?
-How did Douglas ever think Scott was going to help him??
-Stiles is going into the FBI thanks to…Mr. McCall?
-How far is everyone going to be away from each other?
-Beacon Hills will always need them. Hashtag full circle.
-Skittles 5eva.
-How do we feel about the fact that we have 10 more episodes left?
-What do we want to happen in the final 10?
–Teen Wolf will return Summer 2017.

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #141 – It Continues To Happen
This week’s episode of Teen Wolf, “Memory Found,” was the ultimate #throwbackthursday – er, on a Tuesday. Join us for a trip down memory lane as the pack chases their memories of Stiles.
Featured Song: “Wildest Ones” by Zayde Wølf
– First of all, the Thiam was strong and it was good.
– We continue to love the naturalistic mix-up of characters.
– Does Sheriff now remember everything perfectly, or just absently know the truth?
– Peter really can’t be bothered to be properly evil… but did we hallucinate his backstory?
– Trust Theo to get the last word in by being a good dude.
– Parrish’s mysterious cooling tank finally has a purpose!
– DID SOMEBODY SAY ISAAC?
– Aw, buzzcut Stiles. Also, Natalie is a psychic, a sooth-sayer.
– Why are these the particular memories to surface?
– We both knew that this episode HAD to include Motel California. We were both still not okay.
– Malia’s bond with Stiles, seen through her memories, continues to be undefinable. Will it ever be?
– If this whole story only happened to cater to Dylan’s absence, does it hold up objectively?
– Malia. Blowtorch. Candle. What a metaphor for life.
– Lydia’s hypnosis is so sad, and we learn just how long she’s been ~in love~.
– Trailer for next week has us screaming.
– Where will they go in 6B? Will they get away with any guest stars without revealing them in advance?
– We discuss the Teen Wolf Funkos – the designs have just been released in the catalogue.

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #140 – World Domination Dreams
Stiles has a first name! Also, why must it always come back to Nazis? Find out in our recap of Teen Wolf season 6, episode 8, “Blitzkrieg.”
Featured Song: “Looking Too Closely” by Fink
– This episode featured the concept of the occult being used to aide the Nazi party in World War II.
– This happens in a lot of fiction. Why?
– Scott’s new plan to save Stiles is NOT one we expected, but we love Peter’s reaction.
– So what exactly is a Löwenmensch? We’ve got some anthropological deets.
– Karen appreciates Teen Wolf’s magical CGI flames, especially compared to certain other shows.
– How did Nazi Mr Douglass actually expect to use or control the Wild Hunt?
– Would you rather get shot in the head or fried by the portal?
– The Nazis are almost as good at preparing files as the Trump administration.
– What on earth is going on with Parrish’s “safety tank?” Are we meant to understand this?
– Is there gonna be a parental love triangle when Sheriff realizes he never had Claudia?
– Is everyone who was taken by the Ghost Riders – and it really was everyone – gonna make it back?
– We totally thought Peter was dead after his big hero moment.
– So, Sheriff remembers his son, and finally, the Stiles name reveal happened. What did we think?
– We watch the trailer for the next episode live on air and discuss what might be coming next.

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #139 – Cold Blooded Hole Pushers
Karen and Natalie debate whether or not Theo can be trusted in our recap of Teen Wolf season 6, episode 7, “Heartless.”
Featured Song: “Murder Song (5, 4, 3, 2, 1)” by AURORA
– This was a very fast, very funny, very full episode.
– We’re curious about screenwriter credits and why they’re not more publicly promoted.
– Broken record: Malia is everything. But that elevator kick though!
– Theo’s cold open was shocking, as was his acquiescence.
– Do we believe in his innocence – should he be given a chance?
– We’re surprised at the pack’s willingness to immediately “kill” him again.
– Once more, the crux of the plot – trapping a Ghost Rider – involves so much SCIENCE.
– What the hell is going on with Parrish? Is he a servant of the Wild Hunt?
– Mr Douglas shows up – looks like the Nazi cat is out of the Nazi bag.
– But what’s his, or the Dread Doctors’, connection to the Wild Hunt?
– Also, Theo knows him, sure, but how does he know Theo? Did they like, get him out of the tank to chat?
– We have a couple of very different theories about the whip and the green glowing eyes.
– Are the nine herbs just a general deus ex machina cure-all now, or is there some logic?
– Karen likes the shedding skin effect because she’s gross.
– We now have Empirical Proof that Peter is a big ol’ self-sacrificing good guy loser.
– We also learn the truth about Caleb – he was conjured by the banshee, not the Ghost Riders.
– If Claudia’s the same, does that mean anyone can conjure such a phantom?
– Most importantly, is she aware of the truth, or is she an innocent – believing that her life is the truth?
– We’re glad things are improving with Natalie Martin, we have no time for difficult parents on this show.
– The Teen Wolf series finale is one of our most anticipated TV moments of the year – what are we currently hoping for?

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #138 – Remember When We Were Evil?
Teen Wolf is back for 2017 – Karen and Natalie follow the pack to the ghost town Canaan in our recap of season 6, episode 6, “Ghosted.”
Featured Song: “Hungry Like The Wolf” by Duran Duran
– Sorry we’re late – some of us just had to go and get sick.
– This is the famed “time travel” episode – maybe not the best way to describe what actually happened?
– We’re glad it wasn’t real time travel though.
– The senior pack vs junior pack divide continues…
– Why does the Wild Hunt leave banshees behind?
– And what the hell is with them bringing back that dead child?
– This has got to be a parallel for the situation with Claudia, right?
– Have we ever seen an actual straight-up ghost before on Teen Wolf? Is that actually what Caleb is?
– Why are the Ghost Riders stuck in Beacon Hills – is the town trapping them there?
– This episode makes Lydia feel like the main character of the show.
– Was there a point to Chris Argent’s herbal remedies – besides from the chance to linger on #mechrissa hand-holding?
– Hang on, shouldn’t this be precisely what Deaton is for?
– What’s with Mr Douglas setting himself up as an “oblivious ally?” And how do the kids not realize that he’s a werewolf?
– HOLY CRAP OUT OF NOWHERE IT’S NOSHIKO YUKIMURA.
– Liam’s choices are extremely questionable – we did not expect Theo’s return to be down to him.
– However, we are happy to see Theo back – he and Mr Douglas seem to share some secrets.
– We power through a ton of feedback from listeners including: a theory about Claudia’s evilness, a theory about Peter’s evilness, a question about Australian conventions, and much more.

Not Another Teen Wolf Podcast Episode #137 – Hero at the End
Join Karen and Natalie for a recap of Teen Wolf season 6, episode 5, “Radio Silence,” where Stiles finally returns to our screens.
Featured Song: “It Had to Be You” by Motion City Soundtrack
-It was a bit hard to put this episode together, but Karen refused to do it with anyone other that Natalie.
-We’re going to be talking about Peter and Stiles’ chemistry a lot. Sorry not sorry.
-Weekly appreciation for Malia.
-Yes, Lydia’s visions were of people from the train station.
-Why is Stiles so aware of the situation?
-Are all these numbers significant?
-“It had to be you.”
-We see Peter escape from Eichen House.
-He was looking pretty scruffy.
-Should we forget everything Peter has done in the past?
-Natalie ignores Karen’s deep v-neck joke.
-Why do the Ghost Riders target Peter?
-Is the train station an actual, physical place?
-What keeps the masses quiet?
-We weren’t sure if this whole episode was going to take place in the train station.
-Scott is on everyone’s side!
-Stiles is so optimistic!
-But Peter is so sad and lonely, you guys.
-Can Scott rescue Stiles from the inside?
-Everyone is so miserable.
-Always listen to Lydia.
-Is Peter interested in joining the McCall pack?
-Peter has definitely come full circle.
-Roscoe liiiiives.
-Stydia. Stydia. Stydia.
-What is Canaan?
-We might do an entire episode about Tyler Posey’s Christmas ad.
