Lewis loved reading, and it never particularly bothered him when a new project for class required him to buy a new book. Most students just found a second hand version or got it online somehow, but Lewis was working up to filling his entire wall of bookcases with anything and everything he could. So today, he found himself wandering down the aisles of a small local bookstore in search of Salem’s Lot. 

The smell of the store was something he loved too; that scent of fresh, untouched pages of a brand new book. He couldn’t get enough. 

“Ah...” Finally, he found the book he needed, however having to tilt his head back quite far to see it, he knew it wasn’t going to be easy. Well, for most people, of course. He gave a quick glance around, waiting for an elderly lady to leave the aisle, before focusing on the hardback copy.
