The "Dutchman's House" in Whitby is a distinctive building located at 10A Cliff Street. Built in 1888 and designed by architect R. Lennard for himself.
The building is famous for its unique Dutch-style gable, terracotta sunflower panels, embeded local fossils and, it is subject of local ghost stories.
