Welcome to Pyli, Mister Ampora. We have made a space for you in Estaria’s boarding house, you’ll be in room 102. Your Tier One power will be to retain your ability to breathe underwater indefinitely. At Tier Two you will receive the ability to cast your white science blast as a +3 spell once per combat, at Tier three it improves to a +6 spell once per combat.

Unfortunately due to the nature of Pyli, it would be unfair to allow Eridan a mount without his necessity for having something carry him around. Therefore, we will allow Seahorse Dad entry to the realm! However...it seems he will pass through the gate somewhat...smaller than usual. 

In fact, I think you're better suited to carry him around now.
