So long story short, I sprained my ankle again. Turning practice, I tried to block and I came down on my friend’s foot. Anyways, the only reason I mentioned it is because from that I have to sit on the side for practice in a boot.
My other friend on the team has a girlfriend who comes to watch practice every now and then and then leave before class starts. I know this girlfriend very well actually, I’ve known her since 6th grade.
So as I’m walking down from the upstairs lock room to the downstairs gym, I see her and yell out her name to say hi. She looks up and wraps her arm around me, mind you she short, and I mean short, so she can’t reach my shoulder only my ribs.
She then helps me walk down the stairs bc my boot is very heavy, and before she lets go she starts TICKLING ME!!
I don’t know what provoked her but I literally squeaked so loud omfg. But it doesn’t stop there.
Later while we’re both watching the team practice, she reaches over to me and starts to poke me repeatedly. I jump and try to block with my hands going “nononono” while giggling…. And you know what she does?
SHE LAUGHS AT ME AND THEN MIMICS ME AND THEN ACTED LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED!!..
You can’t tickle a person in a boot, it’s the law (you also can’t tickle a lee at school or else they’ll think about it for the rest of the week…)
I can’t stop thinking about that one video with the VA of sonic, I believe, from the movies and he’s being interviewed on a talk show. The VA starts talking about shadow and all of the sudden the topic changes from nicknames Maria calls shadow (which I still have yet to hear) to the talk show guy going “I know that Shadow falls in love with Maria” in the most confident, proud, ‘yeah I know more than you’ tone I’ve every heard. The VA being so shocked and overcome with whiplash emotions just pauses and turns to him going “woah!” You can physically see the concern in the VAs face after hearing such an absurd comment! The gears are currently grinding as he spoke, and what made it worse is that the Guy tried to use the excuse of “you can’t love family and friends?” LIKE YOU DIDNT JUST EARLIER SAY THAG SHADOW THE HEDGEHOG HAD FALLIN IN LOVE WITH HIS SISTER/BEST FRIEND/CANNON EVENT 3 SECONDS AGO!!
