Appearence: Fleur is a young lady with fair skin, blonde wavy hair that she usually puts in a bun, green eyes and some freckles on her cheeks. (She covers her freckles with foundation though!)
She wears the Noble Bell College uniform, but instead of the beret, she wears a pair of hairpins with ribbons. She tends to carry at least one box of matches just in case she needs to use her unique magic.
Personality: She is a soft spoken lady with a lot of patience, a silver tongue and a hunger for endless knowledge. People around her find her pleasant to talk to. She is usually friendly to all strangers unless they’re rude and disrespectful to her, then she gets more passive-aggressive and retorts to verbal comebacks.

Unique Magic: “Within The Ashes”
It allows her to see the past memories of the item she burns. (Smoke and mirrors-- Okay, I’ll see myself out! 😂)
Jokes aside, it can also prove dangerous since inhaling smoke for a certain amount of time can have painful consequences. It also consumes a lot of magic and concentration, so it may cause poor Fleur to overblot if she uses it for too long. :(
She has an older brother that she mentions during the event. She says her brother is working some sort of magical amusement park.
She hails from a family of great wizards, that’s why her family has set their expectations high for her.
In middle school, she was bullied because of her name. They were calling her ‘Flour’ because her name was a letter away from becoming that. She didn’t mind it because to her, they were just being a couple of charlatans, existing there to entertain the class. When asked, she always responded with “Flour is an important ingredient when we make a dough. That’s why I don’t feel insulted. After all, who listens to a couple of troublemakers when all they do is making a fool out of themselves?”
She tends to bring the things she made at home with her to the school, like cookies, muffins or just pastries. She also drops by to give some of them to those who skipped their lunch. That’s why she is called “The Guardian Angel” around the school.
Her least favorite food is chestnut tart because she is allergic to nuts. She found it out she ate a slice of it when she was little which caused her to have an allergic reaction and required her to be hospitalized.
During the Glorious Masquerade event, she mentions hating her unique magic because people hated her for it.
She is in the student council as well and the closest person to her with is the vice leader. Some students even find her pleasant to talk to for the most of the time.
She is good at various dances, like waltz, ballet and tango.
She prefers to have casual clothing, but some call her outfits elegant. Also she prefers to wear very little make-up except for the foundation.
She has a very good singing voice, people in her school often praise her.
She always comes on time to her school or any of her classes, and generally has a good reputation in her school.
She has a Siamese cat named Poppy at home. She’s a very friendly and cuddly cat, but also demands lots of attention from Fleur, so there are instances where she comes to school nearly late.
She goes to school by bike sometimes.
After classes, she tends to ride her bike around the city and often joins people when they’re dancing.
