-Shihai isn't really aware that he's not supposed to be a cat

-Class b would call him different names bc sometimes u do that with stray animals but one time Kosei jokingly called him Vantablack and he responded so they were like ok i guess

-some classmates were scared that this was some sort of sign that shihai wasn't coming back so they tried to avoid him

-awase is esp close bc. fluffy cat and god he needs a distraction bc his friend is missing and he's really worried

ok so this is jumping ahead a lot i think but how does shihai go back to normal :0

Well the reason he was turned into a cat was bc a civilian panicked abt him being pretty injured! The gang who went to investigate take cat Shihai out back to the crime scene. It was hard-ish to find bc (1) Vlad King didn't want to directly put them into danger so he wouldn't tell them all the details (2) It wasn't in a super populated area. After some asking around and finding a news story they find out and go. A stranger approaches them, recognizes cat Shihai, and feels super bad but they also can't turn him back until his injury is completely healed. When he's healed up the civilian discreetly turns him back, thanks him for saving them, and then moves on abt their life

*clenches heart* LIZARD I LOVE IT ALREADY!Why is shihai a cat and also does anyone besides juzo think/know that the cat is shihai and if they dont do they believe juzo if he tries to tell them :OOO

Shihai's a cat bc of an accident that happened while he was out for a personal reason and he saw an attack so he tried to help

Kosei slowly puts it together before Juzo tells him bc Kosei was pretty close with him. It crossed Awase's mind at some point so he said something to the cat but as soon as he heard himself say it he thought it sounded dumb and dismissed it. Juzo does go to tell Awase first tho!! And Awase was like "no way." but after hearing Juzo talk over it a little Awase believes him and also wants to tell the others

I have a feeling a couple classmates wouldn't believe it but I'm not sure which ones,,,, like they feel bad and think that Juzo and Awase are too upset to be logical
