I’m aware they’re two separate things, fortunately!

I think age regression is perfectly okay! I know there’s two different versions of it, involuntary and voluntary, right? Either way, I’m not against it at all. I have my own ways of managing stress and trauma and all that, and while I don’t experience age regression, I totally understand why some people would go through that, willingly or not. The brain just wants some peace.

And on that note, I think it’s stupid for that sort of stuff to be stigmatized.
