hi i just wanna say thank you for your hard work ;w; i come from a family of nurses and i’ve seen first hand how tough the job is!! pls rest well and make sure to have some downtime to do the things that has your heart feeling full!!

sakusa, despite his sort of disdain for germs, will still take time out of his day just to visit you at work to bring you the lunch (or snack if you work nightshift) you accidentally left at home. a familiar kind of “hey,” that you hear from across the nurse’s station. mask in place, hand in pocket, but your lunch in the other hand. a recognizable love in his eyes that you wake up to and fall asleep to every single day. the “be careful and see you at home,” that sends your heart to the moon and back because you realize that this is what he usually says instead of “see you later,” or “goodbye.” even if he doesn’t kiss your cheek or squeezes you in a bearhug, the notes and carefully sliced fruit you didn’t pack for yourself in your lunch says that he loves you anyway.

18) what is something you can't bring yourself to get rid of?

i have this polaroid wall in my room. most of the pictures there are moments i've shared w ppl who have been my literal world for years and i don't talk to them now. for the first 2 years i went through the cycle of taking it out, then putting it back in bc i hate seeing empty spots. i used to think that mayb i did that bc i have nothing to fill them in with just yet but now i'm accepting of the fact that i just don't like trashing old memories like dat, so that's why they stay. (tear streaks down cheek)

i think ppl just perceive me as dramatic and over emotional im ngl LOL,,,and that thought is heavily influenced by past connections i've had w ppl. but at the end of the days it iz what it iz, and i am who i am. (crying noises) JHASDJKFHAJK i'm workin on it doe,, i'm trying to be kind to myself and say that i'm a work in progress das all

kei likes to read about constellations often. he now has a habit of smiling when he sees your freckles because he thinks back to the time on the drive to and from work where he spent the entire ride just thinking about how you look like you’ve trapped all the stars in the universe in you. somehow, he thinks, the stars look much more alive in you than they did in the sky. you wake up to kisses on the shoulder and a tender sort of smile given your way :)

tsukishima + my eyes

kei has a thing for staring into your eyes when you talk to each other. a very subtle, yet intimate action that speaks volumes not just for you but for him too. he’s not vocal on many things when it comes to love but there’s something in his stare that’s a tender sort of “hey, i’m here and i’m listening to just you,” that has your heart fluttering every time.

Sakusa + the way I (says my peer because I can't see myself) unconsciously move my lips, tongue peeking out just a tiny bit every once in a while whenever I'm deep in the zone while drawing. Hehe🖤

he stays up during the late nights you end up pulling to finish a project with you. you know he has his sleep in order (unlike you HSDFKJNSDF), but when even without words, you find him settling in bed with his laptop out and two mugs of something hot in the desk for the both of you, you feel loved. a very silent “i’m here for you and with you,” that feels like an “i love you.” a blanket around your shoulders, small talk to help you relax, and the sound of blankets shuffling and his slippers padding across the wooden flooring to keep you company. the bedroom door opening and clicking softly shut, the smell of more of that warm something that kept you up, and a look on his face that looks more patient than tired. he kisses you on the forehead often before he readjusts the blankets on your shoulders too.

you continue doing your work to the sound of his typing on his laptop or the pages of a book flipping every few minutes or so.

he loves you!!! i love u!!

bokuto likes to lay his head on your legs a lot. he usually faces your stomach instead of the movie he was so adamant about showing you only minutes ago. really breathy “heys” that he mumbles in between scenes. moving forward and lifting your shirt to kiss your stomach even though your giggling and pushing his face away because his kisses are usually really tickly. teeny-tiny “i really really love yous” whispered as if it was a secret confession when he thinks you aren’t listening. smiling as he wraps his arms around you then glancing up with the kind of wonder in his eyes that makes you realize that if bokuto koutarou has been anything--it’s that his honesty was always left untainted and in display in his pretty golden eyes.

oikawa + smile and laugh, its not about how it looks i just like how often i end up doing it

it’s the videos of you laughing, smiling, or both at anything and everything that fills his camera roll. he doesn’t tell you but you come to know (from his teammates) that even though flights from tokyo to argentina were pretty lengthy, instead of watching the movies in the plane, oikawa usually is running through the clips of you in his phone and smiling over those instead. he says he feels a sense of home whenever he watches those clips. something about your smile, the happy nature of your laugh, or even the more somber ones that make him feel like even if he’s miles away from home--as long as he has you to ground him, he can always find his way back just fine.

atsumu + the mole on my lower back 🥺

i love this v much omg ;w;

even if atsumu likes it when you’re face to face with him as you sleep, he thinks it’s not so bad when it’s your back that’s facing him. if you wake up around the same time he does, you usually feel his hands trace down your spine until his thumb is over the mole on your lower back. when your breath hitches, atsumu smiles, but doesn’t say anything. instead, he lets the silence remain in the early morning and just moves closer instead so that he can kiss your shoulder and wrap you in his arms, the good morning on his lips unspoken, yet heard.
