Tackling the Jamaican customer service dilemma You walk into the National Commercial Bank Jamaica at 8:30 am to get your bank card replaced. You take a number and stand not seated based on the capacity with no one speaking to you....No one inquires if they can help. At 9 am, the serving number was at 6. Forty-five minutes later, they are serving the said number. Only 2 CSR working at this time of year. This is ridiculous @ncbjamaica These are examples of customer service issues facing Jamaicans every day and cause companies and institutions to be less than the best they can be. How can one person waiting for 3 hours to get a card replaced? Stranded....unhappy with such tacky service from. Customer service is not rocket science. It is based on how you treat me and how I treat you and the standards of such a dynamic come from leadership. Well, I am waiting on number 34 to be called and its 10:02 am.
