It did not consist of all the letters I wanted even though I reached out to their contact support. Customer service initially appears good until you realise you get the same automated, carbon copy reply as everyone else. On the 18/10/2019, I sent an email advising them that I received the necklace and I was disappointed in the order till waiting on a response ever since. No response, no response, no response. It has been months and absolutely no response. Sigh, so today dated 22/1/2020....I decided to wear the necklace and 5hrs later, it was no longer stainless as advertised. The colour got dark and looked like cheap fashion jewelry. In the end, this is not a reputable company.
