           The way people made his tea was very important to him! Which was why he usually found it hard to come to new places to try new things, but the other café he’d previously gone to had closed down, so he was on the hunt. Adjusting his glasses as he scanned over the menu, he fidgeted with his hands, looking at the employee with an uncertain expression. “What kind of teas do you make best?”

     What will you do? Possibly:      ► Recommend a soothing tea.      ► Recommend coffee instead.      ► Tell him you’re on your break to avoid making            him anything entirely.

Can you tell I love to use fresh herbs 🌿? According to Dr. Sarah Ballantyne, aka @thepaleomom soups are much easier digested and satiating than their other puree partner, smoothies. Cool, yes?! This beautiful display of simple veggies and fresh herbs will slowly steam away under foil while I 🏋️ !! In about one hour it will be ready to puree in #myvitamix along with fresh spinach that just popped up in the garden. I’ll add #bonebroth and canned diced tomatoes 🍅 for moisture. Do you want your kids to make great choices for snacks? Me too!! ********* Today, Cameron chose a can of sardines and apple chips. ********* Why did he choose that snack? ********* Because he like how they taste and he has no stigma attached to them being, “eww, sardines”. ********** My message here is this, don’t give up!
