So it seems that while May exists in the Cori Falls universe, she has a counterpart that is Cori's cultural appropriation towards indigenous cultures personified. I didn't want to touch her as I am not indigenous in any way, but she's roughly the same age as Ash and from Hoenn.

I probably will still not write her, but damn. She could have had been an interesting character. However, I don't think I can salvage the character.
