Hello! Nice to meet you too! I’m sorry about the links. I changed it so hopefully it’s working now. Your request is still in line with my guidelines so no worries. Also thank you for sending this in, Mark is my ult bias so I’m always happy to read for him!

Also like the other request, I’m using a deck that uses playing cards so it’s a little different and major arcana is combined with the other cards.

Mark’s future spouse is really something! Seriously, main character vibes. I can also see them being the kind of person who has two sides to them.

On one hand, they’re a very type A personality. They’re a go-getter, very driven, and fearless. I can see them being very successful in their field and the type of person who thinks outside the box. Very passionate, almost to the point of being rash and impatient They’re ambitious and know exactly what they want. Friendly and extroverted. Self confident. Stands up for those who can’t do it themselves.

On the other hand, they’re very soft at heart. They’re empathetic and I feel that helps them to really check people’s vibes. I also can see that they might have had a tough childhood. It’s something that has helped them to grow stronger, but I think still affects them to this day that makes them feel like they have to have this strong front.

Physically, they’re pretty athletic, possibly someone who jogs or marathons. I can see them as someone who is strong mentally and physically. Very charismatic and beautiful. They stand out and have intense eyes that feel like they’re looking into your soul. They like to change up their look a lot. I can see them dyeing their hair, using color contacts, and even changing their style with their mood. Quite a chameleon. Also I can see them mirroring Mark quite a bit in the sense of looks and vibe. They look youthful and innocent. That next door vibe that Mark has, but still feels somewhat sexy? Like maybe that’s how Mark thinks of them especially since I get the feeling that they’re older like he sees them as mature, strong and sexy.

Also I was hoping to keep soulmate readings for their birthdays but it seems like spirit has another plan for that, because I’m pretty sure Mark is going to be marrying his with the lovers and wheel of fortune making an appearance. The lovers is a big signifier of a soulmate and the fortune card means divine union. This is someone who is going to bring about a big change in Mark’s life.

nct 127 general reading - january

this is my first public reading and i figured it would be best to start off with a nice one card general reading for the month. i ended up pulling a clarifier for johnny’s bc i was little confused (you’ll see when you read through it lol). i hope you enjoy it!

Taeil - justice reversed

Poor Taeil is going through some sort of imbalance. I get the feeling that someone has wronged him. This card can mean unfairness and injustice, and with it being a major arcana, it's definitely something big that's happened. I'm kind of thinking that it might be SM, because we all know their track record with their artists. This is only more apparent when you think of how the justice card is a signifier for something involving the law. Saesang just popped in my head and I’m honestly hoping its something with SM over that.

Johnny - king of pentacles reversed, tower reversed

I feel so bad for Johnny! King of pentacles reversed is one hell of a card. For the most part it talks about greed, overindulgence, and an unsuccessful venture. I was a little unsure of what this could mean for him so drew a clarifier, and I got the tower in reversed. This talks about denying the inevitable and trying to avoid change. Basically, what I think this is implying is that Johnny got a little too greedy and now here comes the consequences, but his pride is getting in the way of him even wanting acknowledge this.

Taeyong - queen of cups

This is such a great card! The queen of cups has a sensitive motherly energy that I feel like could mean that Taeyong is going through a very healing time right now. He feels very loved and is just overflowing with all sorts of warmth. I have a feeling that he's seen how much nctzen has been wishing him well and that the members have been taking really good care of him. That well deserved rest has really helped him.

Yuta - nine of swords reversed

He's been going through a tough time that has made him feel lost and hopeless, but he's beginning to find his way out of this. I'm getting that maybe he was feeling homesick and a little left out, but I think with the addition of Shotaro he's beginning to break free of this. He's moving out of that darkened room and out into the light. 

Doyoung - knight of cups reversed

Another not so good card. Doyoung has had either some bad news or he's been really disappointed in something. There was something that did not go his way and he's upset. The card also is about lying and heartbreak, but I don't get the feeling that it was too serious. Maybe he got an early time on the relay again or one of the members messed with him? (did this reading before the relay schedule was out & oof he got 8-9 am, not as bad as last time but still)

Jaehyun - hierophant reversed

He is breaking some sort of status quo. While the hierophant upright stands for tradition, reversed it means breaking those traditions or challenging them. He's doing something unconventional right now that would probably shock a good bit of people. Could be a relationship or some sort of lifestyle choice?

Jungwoo - king of cups

Nothing can faze Jungwoo at the moment! He's living his best life. He's happy and feeling very affectionate. There's a possibility that he's in a relationship and very content with it. Just really chill, comfortable vibes that I'm getting. He's a king on his throne surveying his prospering lands with a nice bright smile and not a care in the world.

Mark - eight of swords reversed

The eight of swords is a card where the person is bound and blindfolded that stands for feeling stuck, fearful, and helpless. In reverse though, it means Mark is breaking free of those binds. He's found a solution to what made him feel that way or he's facing a fear head on. Very much about empowering oneself.

Haechan - death reversed

For me, death upright is great card that can mean change and rebirth, but reverse means that you're resisting that change. Haechan is trying to avoid this change and refusing to admit that it's already here. I'm getting that he's scared of the future. With Jisung now considered an adult in Korea, I think that it's made Haechan realize that they're getting older and things are going to be very different than they use to be.

Can you do a reading on Jaehyun please? Anything is fine

Of course I can! I wasn’t sure if you would want a romantic reading or not so I decided to go with what’s in store for Jaehyun for this year just to be on the safe side. I hope that’s okay.

For this I used a deck that uses playing cards just to clarify why some cards are a different name or combined together since there’s only 53 cards.

Spring queen of spades (swords)

He’s going to be very ambitious during the spring. It almost seems like he’s setting up something like a project. Maybe he’s doing another cover? Or it could mean the drama he’s in. I get the feeling that he’s listening to his head more than his heart as well. He’s being logical and maybe even doing some truth seeking, trying to get to the bottom of something.

Summer ten of hearts (cups / wheel of fortune)

His summer is going to be very abundant. Whatever he’s been working towards in the spring is going to come into fruition. There might be a period of relaxation afterwards where he can bask in the success. He’ll enter a period of balance and good luck. There could even be new opportunities coming his way, because of this success.

Fall ten of spades (swords / judgement)

This card has to do a lot with some sort of announcement. It could be that there’s going to be a comeback during this time or that possible solo work gets released. Could also mean that there’s going to be a significant change so maybe this reveal could start a rebirth period for him.

Winter two of hearts (cups / temperance)

He’s going to find his balance again during the winter. He’s going to be very satisfied with things and may have even gained clarity on a long term goal that could give him purpose. There’s also a lot of patience coming through and that he will be better at managing his emotions.

Oracle Cards Melaleuca & Patchouli

During this year, he will need to demonstrate his resilience. There’s a need for more self confidence and optimism. He’s being too hard on himself and needs to realize that he’s perfectly equipped to deal with all the things coming his way. He also needs to stop overthinking so much. It seems like his logic coming through in the queen of spades/swords is causing him to be stuck in his head.

Not gonna lie, Taeil sounds like the perfect boyfriend in my opinion. He's very relaxed in a relationship. He doesn't expect them to drop everyone and pay attention to just him. He's not jealous in the least. Very carefree. He likes to make his partner laugh. There's something almost child-like. He might be new to dating like I'm getting the sense that he does have emotional baggage from a previous relationship, but I don't think it progressed to actually committing to one another so everything would be new to him and a bit scary.

Even with his busy schedule, he is still able to find time to spend with his partner even if it's just texting. He is great at multitasking and finding that balance between work and his partner. He's also very intuitive when it comes to their feelings. He really pays attention to what's going on and does his best to be their for his partner. He's the person who will sit with them and just let them talk everything out. He helps them to leave their worries behind and wants the same in return. He wants to have good communication with his partner. He really wants them to be a team.

He's such husband material like so much stability. He's so steadfast and reliable. In his relationships, he wants his partner to be his equal and help him build solid foundations. Such a hopeless romantic. I think he daydreams about being in a happy relationship like experiencing all these new things with them, traveling, etc. He wants someone who will feel like home to him and vice versa that he will follow to the ends of the Earth.

How did Hendery truly feel about the cultural appropriation situation that he was involved in? Like his feelings when he was gaining all that attention for doing it

I was a little hesitant to do this. While I am indigenous and I have experienced cultural appropriation of my own culture, I don't want to overstep and try to make it seem like I'm dismissing what he's done when I'm not being affected by it personally. I decided to just let spirit speak since I'm sure there's others like yourself that are curious.

So Hendrey did try to play the victim at first. He wasn't sure what he had done wrong and tried to play it off like it wasn't his fault. I think this has a lot to do with the ignorance in the East especially in China where they censor a lot and I believe they've gotten rid of a lot of Western & Korean media. (I'm not condoning what he's done as I think he should have apologized after he was made aware.) This was a wake up call for him. He realized that he ruined the trust with his weishennies and I think he's still grieving this.

This talks about abundance and think this pertains to knowledge. Also talks about compassion and listening so I think (or at least I'm hoping) that after this he really sat down and researched why he shouldn't have done that.

six of swords

He had a mental shift, left behind his ignorance. He learned why this is wrong and why he should never do it again. He was also saddened by what he learned, and he feels badly for what he did (rightfully so).

I don't want anyone to think I'm trying to absolve him of this just because he may have learned why it was wrong. He is an adult who needs to own up to his mistakes just like the rest of us by apologizing, but I do believe that SM is keeping that from happening and the most that we can hope for is that he learned his lesson and this doesn't happen again.
