A lot of Japanese universities are starting this thing called the Global 30 initiative in which Japanese universities are starting to create undergrad and grad degree programs taught 100% in English. They are hoping to make Japan an international competitor in education and to promote foreign investment based around an English speaking Japanese and Foreign workforce.
