"When I think of Rhonda, I think of all the ways she's sharp and quick. She's sort of like a papercut. Sometimes innocuous. Other times it hurts like heck, but nobody ever dies from one. Not unless you let it fester and it gets infected. I think that's the special thing about her. No matter how frustrated I get with myself or our situation, she always reminds me to let things go or I'll let it infect my mind. She is really kind in that way.
Sometimes I feel like her walls are very high, but then I look at myself and it feels like I never built my wall high enough. In life, maybe we would've never talked or even become friends since we're so different. But I like that about her. Even when she makes me angry and want to scream, I feel like she challenges me in a way that reminds me playing it safe in life never got me very far. It ended up killing me, actually. I like who I am when I'm around her, her wit, her charms."
