I've made something similar; more a short stool than a bench.
This would be that plus back support. Which is manageable. And also sellable.
Can be made from a single (maybe 1.5) palette. One days work. If to be sold, must be presentable. Work must be neat.
Nest work lies in the attention details.
Accuracy in cut. Well placed corner blocks and triangulation for strength. Adding finishing touches like furnish or paint; some kind of trinket even.
