hi. i know i never announced i was off of the first one, but since i've been posting a lot lately and had taken my disclaimer from my bio, i thought i should announce that, once more, i am going on a semi-hiatus. this one might be a little heavier than the last, as the reason is much more personal & internal than my previous "the circumstances suck and i need to breathe" hiatus.

this is going to be very rambly bc i'm very overwhelmed. you've been warned. cw, i do have a sick pet and discuss it.
first off, fellow net admins, i will still be pulling my weight as much as i can!! part of the reason i'm not writing as much is to focus on that ^^;
anyway. the gist of it is this; i'm a college student (wbk) in my (hopefully) senior year, and that would be enough on its own, however... for the second time in 5 months, i have to move, and this is while one of my dogs is in and out of the vet constantly; we've been told with cancer, but we're getting a second opinion. (for my dog owners, he's having nosebleeds. we know how bad that is ;~;) admittedly, the moving expenses are coming after the first few vet visits, but i don't think knowing would have changed how we handled anything.
i live in a rural area with limited housing or vet options, so this is doubly stressful and security deposits tend to be doubly expensive. add three pets onto that and, well... i probably won't be pre-ordering the ateez or stray kids albums, and it is going to be a long few months.

i've been reading a work on ao3 today that's got me pretty inspired, but it's not like anything i really see here. it acknowledges and explores the non-sexual side of kink and bdsm quite a bit, which i have really been enjoying. as a kinkster, i think it's important to acknowledge both aspects of the scene, but i don't want to pour my heart into something that may completely flop. so, a poll:
