   he knows that is is probably going to scare his brother more than he intends. but then again, it’s not exactly easy for him either. it seems with the loss of ben came a different kind of spectre haunting klaus hargreeves. one who had given his life so they all could escape the disaster that was the apparent sparrow academy. to buy his siblings more time to run he’d distracted everyone. blinked until he ran out of jumps. had fought until the bitter end. but he had already been exhausted from the jump from the 60′s and the battle before that. he hadn’t stood a chance.

the hotel klaus had taken the family to is nice and five feels a little warmth that they’re wondering where he is. but he sits down opposite klaus and next to diego and waits for the other to notice him. notice the blue tint to his form and for him to connect the dots. “ guess you traded one ghost brother for another. ”

she’s felt it for a while.  the lingering, similar energy.  similar to her, in a way.  similar in that neither of them were from earth.  alike, but still quite different to the point that harmony knew it wasn’t her parents or another planet, so she opted to mind her business.  until it began to follow her no matter where she went.  it was always when she was in crowds, but now as she stands in an aisle in a grocery store she can feel it loom just beyond the next aisle.  it makes her anxious, and when she feels the presence wander from the middle aisle to the top, ready to round the corner and into her view, she abruptly puts her basket down and starts awkwardly speed walking away.

supernatural often sniff out other supernatural, whether that was intentional or not.  more often than not it’s simply just walking by each other in the street, serving each other at a nightclub or bar, or being in the same cafe as each other.  just as roselle was now.  the blonde sits at her small two-seated table, legs crossed with her index finger dancing around the ring of her mug which cooled with time.  her half-drunk latte goes to the back of her thoughts as the witch goes into a trance, picking up on that ‘ tingle ’ that one usually feels when around another inhuman.  for witches it is different, they’re much better at this sort of thing, but unfortunately for rose it’s eleven in the morning and the sun is high in the sky, shining down and brightening everyone’s day, all except hers.  the sun weakens her, so she’s struggling to figure out just what kind of being was in her presence within this small, lovely cafe, and just who it was.  it was all giving her a huge migraine and she couldn’t help but grimace.

it’s her first night in gotham city and she’s already found herself in the den of villains thanks to her lack of common sense.  for the first seventeen years of her life, she had been sheltered and mollycoddled, kept away from anyone other than her coven.  and the last year she’s spent running from them, trying to learn her place in the world.  but she just couldn’t seem to meet the right people.  tonight she’d agreed to help some people for a place to stay, and as it turns out, they were known villain’s in the city.  a city she had no clue about.  so, she sits quietly and timidly in the corner of the smoke-filled room, almost praying someone would kick the door down and save her, like maybe batman.  she’s heard of him, a few of the people here mentioned him.

she’s only been in the tower for two days, and the first day was spent hiding out in the room dick had let her rest in.  the second was spent talking some of the original titans, more-so dick and a nice woman named charlotte.  today she’d woken up and opted to stay in her room again and it wasn’t long before someone showed up, that being charlotte.  “ i don’t really want to leave the room... ”  she’s still scared.

“ more, mama, more! ”  bouncing on the balls of her feet, anya watches as her new mother scoops even more ice cream into a bowl for her.  at this point she may as well eat out of the tub.

@nebluea : is it love on pol hours? because i need to jump in on that. i followed because i seen you writing with mob and i seen layla and i was like “i should check it out” and i?? fell in love?? because you put so much love and dedication into your characters and replies. they each feel different in such a good way that a lot struggle with. i love our stuff and throwing bc random people together and seeing how they work! also your layla! chef’s KISS maven and i are obsessed. but i also love seeing anya’s heh face on my dash as well. i stay because you are a little bright sunshine and i want to squish your cheeks and shake you until you realize how amazing you are!

i love how i know mob was the reason half of the people that sent these asks followed me or vice versa LMAO MOB IF UR READING THIS U HAVE TO REALISE HOW FUNNY THIS IS.  but i also saw mob writing with you and i saw ur harley and i was like awwww.... i love she, but i was reluctant bc i didn’t know dc very well minus the movies and stuff and tbh i have bad experience with comic dc readers and writers so i was like i will not.  BUT THEN U FOLLOWED ME AND I WAS LIKE AHHHH HELLO.  i am honestly flabbergasted bc i thought i was such a bullshit writer bc i word things so weirdly like my brains backwards but IT MAKES ME SO HAPPY KNOWING PEOPLE FEEL THIS WAY ABOUT MY WRITING??
