Necreon (Poison/Ghost)

#??? - On rare occasion, an Eevee can be affected by more than one environmental factor, and reacts to grow into a new, rare evolution. Eevee who have fainted due to poison numerous times may evolve into the Poison/Ghost-type Necreon. These Pokemon can refine toxins extracted from deceased organic matter into stronger, potent poisons; as such, they can often be found near corpses and graveyards, filling their excess poison sacks. Some individuals have even been observed using foraged bones as decorative pieces and armor. Their billowing tail has a needle-like point that they use to inject their fast-acting poison. When cornered, Necreon can rapidly expand the mildly toxic cloud around their neck, creating a sort of smokescreen that stings the eyes and allows them to escape. Though they generally dislike people, Necreon may get along with a Trainer who shares a similar temperament.

Listen. It was only a matter of time before I designed an eeveelution right. it's like THE fakemon artist thing.

Anyway, here's Necreon, a ghost type evolution for Eevee! These sorrowful Pokemon wander forests at night, letting out cries that echo sadly through the trees. It's said that they're mourning pokemon they used to live alongside.

It may not have been ready in time for Halloween, but any time of year is a good time for a fanmade Eeveelution. Ominous lighting is always fun to play with, although the eyes were a pain in the butt. The way I was originally going to do them just didn't look right, and it wasn't until I did some experimenting that I arrived at something I was happy with. Fun Fact: It was sleeker in the initial pencil sketches. When I started making the digital version, I drew it with a stockier build and decided I liked it better that way. Enjoy this spooky chonk while I go spend my weekend playing Shield. #??? Necreon (necromancer + -eon) Revenant Pokemon Ghost Gender ratio: 87.5% male, 12.5% female Breeding: Field Base stats: 110/95/65/130/65/60 Ability: Mistwalker - Doubles the Pokemon's Speed in fog. HA: Unfinished Business - If this Pokemon's HP is reduced to zero before it makes its move, it will not faint until after it has taken its turn. (Once per battle. Has no effect if it has already made its move that turn. Healing items and self-healing moves other than Wish cannot be used in this state. If the Pokemon uses a switching move in this state, it will be considered fainted upon switching out. Flinching or otherwise failing to use its intended move still counts as having taken its turn.) Evolves from a fainted Eevee using a Wisp Fire (a special evolutionary item resembling a small purple flame. The Eevee is revived with a small amount of HP after it evolves.) Ct: Necreon’s flames burn cold, and are thought to guide lost spirits. Or get travelers lost, depending on the tale. Ar: It has an excellent memory, and can easily find its way back to places of special significance to it.
