i cant believe we're really doing this but: if you were ever deep in the spn fandom, were you a dean girl, sam girl, cas girl or unholy trinity girl. where do you stand on cas woobification. were you as bitter as i was that they never mentioned cassie robinson again after the awful racist truck ghost episode.
oh i was 100% a sam girl..... he’s just infinitely more interesting and also especially i early seasons he’s just a sweet boy struggling with his freedom vs the lives of others. dean obviously has this deep sense of duty but sam NEARLY got out and had that life of freedom but he just missed out and i think thats a sadder and more relatable arc.. cas i literally have no opinions about... i think cas centred seasons and storylines were kinda boring... and he never felt as natural to the sam/dean dynamic as someone like bobby did..... yknow? i just dont have any opinions on cas.. DONT even get me started on the treatment of women in supernatural.... when i was a supernatural blog i basically spent my time talking about the women who got sidelined because of insane fans. cassie is just the first in the line of many. her whole episode felt super weird and her relationship with dean..... out of nowhere. also side note my fave character other than sam was bela who literally had a four episode plotline and got treated so dirty by the show even though her storyline was so sad and interesting... she was basically used a a plot device to further deans story and introduce crowley (literally one of the worst characters ever written)
