hiyza! i'd love to send in more asks, just talking about needleclan and the like, but sadly, i can't send asks from my warriors-centric blog. soooo i'll be signing my asks rain 🌧! oh, this is the same rain from newdawnclangen for reference loll

anyways, im liking galetuft's personailty from their small appearance so far. i hope we see more of them! and lichenpaw's trauma is so interesting to read- can't wait for the next chapter!

Galetuft being from another clan means her personality is under my control, and baby, i took advantage! She's cool i like her :3 i've only written her in gatherings so far but maybe i'll find opportunities to slip her in elsewhere...

I have a fun fact about Lichenpaw that i won't quite be able to share until she's promoted to a warrior officially in story, but i thought it was VERY fitting and you might be able to guess from the fact that i am going to share her apprentice screen right here because i forgot to share that before

she's baby. her nature is calm. nothing can possibly go wrong

the next moon stuff i have to write is boring and i think it's killing the motivation a little BUT i'll try to get all caught up and stuff! ... at my own pace!

as for Bogpaw news... i love them and the new update having their moon interactions means i can actually view things more clearly!

i'm not sure if you guys knew this but i think it's pretty clear. I like goldpaw and bogpaw. they're very cute!!!

🌪 - what was your character’s most traumatic experience?

Daisyshadow - She's still young, actually. the most traumatic thing for her would probably be that kit that died a few days after being returned to camp, or Whiskershadow's death.

Finchstar - She wasn't always alone, before Lichentooth came into her life. She used to have a traveling buddy named Robin, who was excellent company and someone she was really close with. Robin went out one day, and never came back. That initial disappointment of a lifelong bond seemingly tossed away was bad enough, but then Finch stumbled upon Robin's body, broken and brutalized, with a faint dog scent in the air.

Finch will always not be alright with dogs.

🌸 for speckleback!

🌸 - how did your character grow up? were they loved by their family? did they have a good or bad childhood?

Speckleback was just like any other loner in the forest. He was pushed out on his own, broke a bone and had to recover it himself using the cobwebs around him, wandering around and maybe occasionally helping others- wait what do you mean some of that isn't normal

his childhood was okay other than the fact that his dad was not the greatest and didn't meant to have a kid at all, i would think.

Daisyshadow and her kits gets him a little jealous, which is why he latched onto Goldpaw and Batpaw, despite them being five moons and all.

is there a reason why you used the name needleclan specifically, or are you just partial to pine forests in general?

who's your favorite cat in needleclan so far? who's your favorite in the other clans?

is there anything you'd like to change/have changed in your clan that differentiates it from the canon clans ( changes to the warrior code, how they view starclan, etc ).

needleclan... either it was a generated name that i went with when i chose the forest theme, or i went for the forest theme with the needles in mind. it feeds into each other!

so far? uhhhh. well, bogpaw and goldpaw! followed up by daisyshadow and her kits (which includes bogpaw)

as my clan cats are very new to starclan in general they don't take going to starclan as a sure thing. The only ones who do view it as a sure thing are the kits, but even then, because of how the adults are, they aren't sure, either.

The Warrior Code is like... very informal. of course you don't kill, we're here to protect each other and have our own groups. as they were all former loners, they don't blink an eye for accepting outsiders at all. this is only slight spoilers. for needleclan, of course they save their prey for the camp, the camp has shared mealtimes! They gather because it felt natural! And the six moons thing was also a natural age for them- that's when many of them started to set out, as well.

the only rules they were outright told were about the deputies.

...

I'm sure starclan will be pleased with them. totally and completely.

do you choose the cats names (ex. hollyspike) or do you let RNG do its thing?

generally, i like to let RNG do its thing. sometimes i change it if i don't like the name chosen, but most of the time i keep with the random names.

Hollyspike was the name the game chose!
