sadie finally confronts the strange 10 foot tall lady she’s been seeing in fields and forests.
shes now certain it’s been following her. it’s taken her a long time to bring herself to do this but through the accumulation of countless frantic confused days and nights, she needs to prove this to herself. she needs to prove it to other people around her too, especially carrie, who seems to be in complete denial of this creature that at this point blatantly wanders around town minding its own business. its 5 am. it’s getting brighter already. sadie makes her way into the field to pay her silent smiling admirer a visit.
