- Finger positioning (for right hand)
- Closed eyes
I keep finished, posted scans in a folder separate from the unused scans to try some attempt at avoiding confusion and repeats. And as I’m starting a new batch of sheets tonight, saw I had this one done 3 weeks ago in the finished folder, but never posted it. Whoops! ^^;

Megaman Production Art Scan of the Day #422:
Needleman.EXE Full Body Character Design Sheet [Needleman.EXE ①]
Notations include:
- Hand transforms into a buster
The more I had to stare at this side view, the more disturbed I felt. XD And I also realized Needleman.EXE also was a cupcake like Burnerman. That, or some Capcom employee’s Gabyoall gijinka...

After yesterday’s more in-depth Bubbleman set, a few more solo Navi attack pages.
Featuring Needleman and his Needle Attack, with his arm transformation animation showing how his little grabby fingers go away and turn his hand into his buster. Then Magnetman generates his Magnet Ball out of the palm of his hand. Third up, we’ve got Gyroman and his Tornado Arm, once again showing more detail in the changes to his buster hand. The fourth sheet doesn’t show Napalmman himself, but it’s a new sheet with a different look at his Napalm Bomb.
The fifth page doesn’t show any animation art, but is sprite reference for Medi’s capsules, detailing what colors they are in-game and what their corresponding effects are, which was likely helpful for the animators.
And finally, a couple detailed weapon sheets for Megaman. One focusing on his sword detail changes for Fire, Aqua and Elec Blade, and the other showing the Volcano/Magma Cannon buster attachment. That poor volcano sure has a pained expression on it’s face when it blows!

All right, Needleman and M...MARIKO'S EVIL TWIN WHOSE NAME I FORGET is back and-!
oh.
So that's why it was important to stress that the building was surrounded by water earlier in the episode....
There is nothing about this character that doesn't scream COMPLETE douchebag.
He's got fun expressions too!
NEEDLEMAN. (aka Spikeman in the dub.)
They don't show the police navis being deleted, but the series explicitly describes them as "slaughtered" and show their bodies lying around. It's....fairly morbid.
(Fun fact: In the anime Needleman speaks with a Yakuza dialect.)
