Yes it is cheaper to buy a whole ciken, but for rm10?get chicken breast, the ones u can pick urself and timbang. 3 pairs of chiken breast can cost round rm6-rm8, and can last actually for more than 3 meals.
Fish is my go to! Its way cheaper and easy fast to cook.
What lauk can u make with 4 ingredients?
Masak kicap ( fish or chicken )
- sayur : carrot etc (if u have any)
Masak sweet sour ( fish or chicken )
- sayur : carrot or timun jepun etc
Masak ginger ( perfect for chicken )
- light soy sos + kicap manis sikit
- sayur or egg tofu (if u have)
- sesame oil will elevate this dish (if u have it in your kitchen)
Masak kuning (lemak kering) (fish and chicken)
Blender semua ni : bawang merah + bawang putih + cili + serai + kunyit hidup
And tumis… then letak sikit air asam jawa
U can eat it just as it is, or u can also tambah sayur of your choice.
