Does a D9 chart really start to show effect after a 35th birthday.

If yes, then which software could give me the nakshatra placement of D9 planets.

If no, then why people still believe in it with all their heart.

There are so many schools of thought on this I'm not sure how to correctly answer this.

I've heard some astrologers I trust say that it's more like an underlying aspect of life. So it's always active. Right from the moment you're born. But it's more muted in its expression.each divisional chart represents an area of life. The D9 is primarily to do with our interpersonal relationships. It's a divisional chart, meaning it takes a deeper dive into one section of life. A planet could be in a great placement in d9 but if it's debilitated or negatively aspected in d1, that planet would not give very good reuskts overall. It's meant to support our d1 chart. So it's always active, just works on a more subtle basis. The d1 in a way is what you look at first. The D9 is a supporting act. People belive in it because it's like the foundation that supports the D1 when it comes to the themes of interpersonal relations, client oriented business, wealth, and marriage.

If this sounds like gibberish, here's a video I found on my feed. I really don't like how condescending Exotic Astrology guy sounds but for some reason i feel like he has studied astro the traditional way.
