Anxiety peeps get me - had a rough night last night for no particular reason other than just nerves from nowhere which lead to not much sleep. It’s so weird that I never had trouble sleeping, but this last year it’s been a constant. I had some stuff I wanted to get done today but I’m just going to reschedule since I don’t need it done until Tuesday.
I’m trying to be nicer to myself about all of this. It just sucks when you want to be able to get stuff done but your body and brain hold you back :/
