Does Neide have a crush on Seyn ? 🧐

It stopped being a crush a long time ago, so no not a crush. Rather something much more complicated and not in the platonic sense.

Observations:

Both Cú Chulainn and the young poet Néide use grass and a magic spell to construct a false beard.

Both Cú Chulainn and Néide travelled to Alba to learn special skills.

Conclusion:

In Alba they teach you to make magic beards.

We really thought they were going to Alba to become pre-eminent warriors/poets but I'm pretty sure they were just having to travel to access trans healthcare because mythological Ulster made it so hard to get hormones.

As for their birthdays, I don’t have specific dates in mind but I will say that Seyn is a few months younger than the Mc and is a Summer child, Silo is the older twin, making her Bolt’s older sister—they’re Spring children. Clay is the youngest and was born in the winter.

Seyn - They wouldn’t be interested in gifting anything to the others except for the MC—and maybe Neide, if they’re in a good mood. As for what they would give: the MC would get a CD with Seyn’s favourite songs on it, and Neide would get a bag of caramel toffees that’s only half full because Seyn would’ve already eaten some.

Silo - She would gift everyone self baked gingerbread cookies except for Seyn, they’d get nothing but a stale candy cain.

Clay - I see Clay going out of his way for Mosaic and Silo by trying to carve something out of small pieces of wood or put something together from scrapes of metal. He’s somehow also the only one who would attempt wrapping the gifts in.

Bolt - He would act as though he forgot but would have a hairbrush hidden to gift his sister, no matter the length of her hair.

I'm really confused with the asks since I couldn't finish the chapter because of the bugs.... I thought Neide was dead? What's going on lol

She’s very much alive I wonder what made you get to that conclusion, though the bugs have been all stepped on so perhaps a second play through might make everything more clear

Guys adopted as in they took them in, I worded it wrong. They’re far from siblings and don’t see each other that way, they just grew up together.
