So I’ve spent the past 12 years working all over the world, teaching fitness, yoga, dance, outdoor education and strength and conditioning. More recently I went back to studying a BSc (hons) in Strength and Conditioning followed by a MSc in Sport and Exercise Science. I am also have personal trainer, yoga teacher, pilates instructing, powerlifting coaching and olympic lifting coaching and many other sport/fitness related qualifications.
I have applied for a job as an active ambassador for Neilson Active Holidays who I used to work for as part of their fitness team. I have got into the top 20 for this role and now need to get into the top 3 to get through to the next stage. This role would run alongside my current job roles and I’d be paid to encourage more people to get active, write about it and pass on what I have learnt from my studies and experience in the industry as I embark on my PhD in October in Sport and Exercise Science.
