I think Hanekawa bring a rep for dissociation identity disorder isn’t talked about enough
The way her emotions are cut off from her and essentially split off into it’s very own being in nekomonogatari as the tiger is very much apart of it
And the result of how she essentially feels nothing for the more negative things as it grows and grows more in some off-corner of herself until it basically becomes a raging tiger comprised of these negative emotions as a perfect example of a traumaholder. With the side effect of that being that she doesn’t have any strong feelings about more positive experiences either. Like when she originally helped the aberration that “caused” her split to begin with. Though I personally believe Black Hanekawa had already existed - she just didn’t have a physical and literal expression of that before, and it’s similar to how some alters don’t dentify as or feel human.
And meanwhile Black Hanekawa is a perfect example of a persecutor role alter with how she strikes back against the any and all sources of Hanekawa’s stress. Originally not considering or caring about the harm caused by doing this herself. And the way her dynamic and what she represents for Hanekawa changes overtime much like how system dynamics and structure can shift overtime.
It’s all quite well done and a perfect representation of the disorder, at least imo
