poe x naya and/or din x amreen pls

Poe x Naya

first off, since poe and naya are portrayed by a latino and latina there would be a lot of bullshit surrounding that

and girlll, I hate that this would be real but the ship discourse would be OUT OF CONTROL

finn x poe, poe x rey, poe x naya, and then kylo x naya. Oh boy okay. So I think with the first three there would definitely be discourse amongst those ships. Saying that finn and poe would make more sense and that disney are cowards (which they are but roll with me here). The discourse I don’t think would be too terrible between those three but definitely a lot of strong opinions.

But then we get to Kylo x Naya. The dreaded ship along with r*ylo. While everyone else in the fandom agree those two ships are toxic as hell, the r*ylo shippers and nylo(??) shippers would be at each others throats. Nylo shipers would say that it isn’t toxic because ben and naya were friends and that he still cares for her

And then there’s naya x rey which would be a pretty obscure ship but like naya and rey are like sisters who I see most of the fandom being all....uhh no thank you

there would be claims that naya doesn’t actually love poe because she’s too in love with kylo and that poe doesn’t deserve her

claim that poe is insensitive towards naya’s complex feelings about kylo and what happened to him when actually he’s the most supportive boo she could ever ask for
