I've only been with the Department of Health and Human Services for a little over 3 weeks and I hate it so much. Get quite some characters, but I went from making $24.89 to $17.00 when I transferred lines.

So last month, my new Student Loan provider, told me I owed $230.28. Because I'm trying to pay it off I paid $250. Meaning - as far as I know because I know I'm kinda bad at math - that I roughly paid $20 more than what I owed.

Tell me why I log in this morning to check my total balance to see a message that I am over due by $12.89. What the fuck is this bullshit? I'm going to call them later and basically tell them as politely as I can 'Fuck you but that's bullshit'.
