Visiting neodandi studio downtown Seattle is an experience I love to repeat every day

I think it's about time for an UPDATE!

This week has been HECTIC!!

Thursday I had my NEODANDI FASHION SHOW!! it went really good. I got my hair and makeup done which was really fun and I wore fake eyelashes for the first time EVER

The actual show was unfortunately cut short due to time restraint i believe but it was a pretty awesome experience. It was upsetting we didnt get to do the whole show mainly because we practiced so much. But apparently there was a European production guy at the show who wants to film the whole show, full length with hair, makeup stage lights and send it back, which is what i really want to do, but the unfortunate thing is that it is THIS THURSDAY. WTF i just drove SO FUCKING MUCH this weekend i dont want to have to drive more, again. not to mention that Dave is coming up here this Wed-Thu and if i have to cut it short that would suck since Wed is Dave's B-day RAAAHHHHH RAGE

BACK ON TRACK:

Friday night i went out with my roomies which was pretty fun. Some guy totally puked on the carpet and then people kept unknowingly stepping in it, super gross, and some seriously slutty costumes to be witnessed, as expected. 

Then Saturday i went to my friend's Halloween party where my boyfriend and I dressed up as PANDA'S :DDDD

IT WAS SOOOOO CUUUUUUTEEE, 

i couldnt get over how cute he was, he was a perfect panda <3 i couldnt stop taking pictures

so today, worked on Dave's B-day present and went to work.

Guh i just want this quarter to be over....

OH also other fun exciting news. Dave/ my BF (if you guys havent gotten that connection yet) his little brother (Kevin) is on the show "big brother" but the Philippine version called "Pinyo Big Brother" he actually got scouted in Cali and is now living in the Philippines to be on this show. its pretty intense Dave says it is very likely that he will become super famous down there.  

But i think it is just so interesting, I have (obviously) met Kevin a few times when visiting Dave and he is super cool and a good kid, so, vote or support or whatever you do for him~~

this one was just released SO CUTE <3 its so obvious but he loves his big bro <3 it makes me happy inside how close they are.

and also i get a little shout out ;) but we don't live in DC we live in the other Washington, the one that's a real state and ALOT closer to California.

This was a impromptu Photoshoot done at the studio right after the designer mad the outfit i am wearing. It's a commercial for the Fashion Show i am going to be in coming the end of October im SO EXCITED

Neodandi

Through the Seattle's Top Model competition I got in contact with this designers called Neodandi. They asked me if I would be interested in doing a runway show with them. So they contacted me while I was on vacation and we set up a fitting for today. They were in pioneer square in Seattle, and although i got lost for a bit i eventually found them. They showed me past fashion shows, and i am very interested, in their shows they have the models walk slowly down the runway so that people can actually look at the clothing, and in other shows they would mimic people and situations they may be in. to express how thier clothing could be used in every day situations. I found it very interesting

During the fitting i tried on 3 different outfits l liked how all of them looked and am very excited to do more. she talks about how they create outfits that are completely unique to express how each person is unique. and how they want their models to be beautiful humans, not creepy skinny monsters. 

the good/bad news, She mentioned that there will be 2-3 rehearsals every week about 2 hours each to practice the walk and practice i don't know, having confidence in the outfits. She also said that there will be more fittings as well as photo shoots, and there were some coming up that i could be a part of. but the most unfortunate thing is that im not getting paid for any of it.

so basically the debate is: despite giving so much of my time and not getting any money from it. but it sounds like a fun and interesting experience as well as being able to expand my portfolio.

I wish i had some pictures i could share with everyone but she only took a few pictures on her iphone which i do not have
