Today's polish was SO glowy. I don't know if it technically qualifies as a neon but it looked neon on the nail. It has a key-lime green base with a yellow-green-blue iridescent shimmer. The shimmer was really pretty, especially when it turned blue like in the top right picture. This is Impressive Wingspan from Polished for Days.
