It’s not a habit of his to hang around bars so late at night, it just so happens that Levi was on a job here and had been waiting for that job to arrive as expected, but they must have gotten wind somehow because fuck all has come of it. They haven’t shown their face, and tonight’s been a waste of not only Levi’s time, but apparently his lighter fuel as well. 

It’s with vocal annoyance that he attempts to light his cigarette on his way outside and home, failing each time as the spark flickers pathetically inside his palm before giving out entirely. He steps around then, intent on asking the nearest person for a light-- but he hadn’t anticipated that someone to look so outlandish. 

“Oi... lady.” He says, inelegantly and almost unsure. Keen to keep his eyes on her face and not her hair, but hell is that a challenge in itself. Levi gestures vaguely, to his crappy lighter, before giving it another lousy attempt just for show. “Can you help me out?”
