I’ve been thinking about this for a while and apparently now at 5:30 in the morning is the bestest time ever to write about shit yoooooo Ok so One Piece. Anime. I’ve recently rewatched p much the whole fricken series with my flatmate and I don’t know if it’s just me and my brains weird choises on what to pay attention to but it’s like... everyone is whiter/paler now? Like Robin had this really cool skintone and I really liked that and now her skin is white. Zoro’s spent time in a place with presumably very little sun so I guess it makes sense he’s not tanned. But yeah I think Robin and Usopp had really distinctive skintones and it’s not a case of ‘they’re just not tanned anymore’.
Almost every time I draw Mihawk I end up making his hair fluffy and messy, and slightly longer I just like to think that’s how it looks naturally when he doesn’t have it slicked back
