So today, my friend Blixa (yes that is his actual birth name he still goes by) were in gym. It was hot as hell, because it was “so nice outside” our classes went outside. Him and I gave up and laid in the grass trying to cool off. I sat up and saw a worm, this worm, this poor poor worm, wasn’t underneath the ground yet and was partially dried out so Blixa and I began to tear up some grass and gently made him a little hut/ Grass home. We named him Pedro after the character in Napoleon Dynamite and ran around telling the three teachers “Vote for Pedro” until we came across another worm on the black top, inching towards the grass, we took some grass and a leaf and picked him up, we then put him underneath a bush after naming him Napoleon. I worry about them. I hope they’re both okay and that the football players didn’t squish them.
